Sports Eligibility
What do I need to participate in sports?
Every athlete at Endeavor Middle School will need the following to play sports:
- Current physical from a physician.
- Current ASB Card ($25.00).
- Registration on Final Forms (https://moseslake-wa.finalforms.com/).
- All paperwork on file in the office.
Who is eligible to play sports?
Our interscholastic sports are open to 7th and 8th-grade students who meet academic eligibility requirements.
Cross Country and Wrestling are also open to 6th graders.
We offer the following sports at Endeavor MS:
Fall Season: Football, Cross Country, Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Cheer
Winter I Season: Boys' Basketball
Winter II Season: Girls' Basketball, Wrestling
Spring Season: Softball, Track, Boys Soccer
