Principal's Letter

Welcome and thank you for visiting our school website.

The 2022-23 school year begins with my fourth year as the Principal at Endeavor Middle School, and my seventeenth with the Moses Lake School District. The staff at Endeavor is optimistically looking forward to a “normal” school year, as our last 3 have been much of a blur and whirlwind. Even with the challenges, I couldn’t be more proud of how our staff, students, and parents have persevered through it all. We still have some catching up and more work to do, but I’m confident we will continue to grow and overcome the barriers and challenges that come our way. 

The Endeavor community’s mission is to Create a Culture of Hope for the success and well-being of all. We not only focus on high academic achievement, but also in building positive, trusting relationships to help develop character, integrity, and perseverance in our students. 

Our success will continue to happen because of our dedicated and hard-working teachers, staff, and students. We also take pride in our positive relationships and partnerships that we have with parents, families, and the Moses Lake community.

We encourage you to get involved and stay connected with your child’s education. Teachers are always willing to talk to you about your child’s progress and ways to partner with you to help them be successful.
